Sandy Spring Bank

Below you’ll find key social media projects I’ve led in collaboration with my colleagues at Sandy Spring Bank. Prior to my arrival, short form video content was not seen as a possibility due to rigorous regulations and capacity. However, through my skill and planning, we’ve developed sustainable content that has increased social engagement.

Hispanic Heritage Month

Hispanic Heritage Month was one of our most successful social media campaigns designed to highlight our people and inclusive workplace and support community events across our footprint. This video along with our Meet the Banker profiles and supporting posts amassed over 10,000 impressions across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

Great Place To Work

To highlight our Great Place To Work certification, we announced across social platforms with photos of employees at our headquarters. We followed up with a video highlighting 2 employees, one branch based and one based at one of our financial centers. We empowered employees to share photos, and why they’re proud to work for a #GPTW certified company.

Women’s History Month

We hit our stride with this Women’s history month video. We developed a formula with celebrating cultural observances and were able to drive videos toward business. We highlighted our mentorship program and redirected folks to our careers page.

Client Testimonial

Client testimonials have historically been quotes with a Bank branded graphic. This client testimonial from the vibrant French restaurant in DC was our first attempt at visually telling client success stories. It redirected folks back to our website where they can learn more about our customized financial solutions and further strengthened our relationship with our client.
